Scholarship programme applications open in Bahrain
MANAMA, March 10, 2015
Applications are now being accepted for next year's Crown Prince's International Scholarship Programme (CPISP) in Bahrain.
The deadline for submitting applications is March 26 and prospective students who want the opportunity to study abroad at an international university can fill in the forms online by visiting www.cpisp.bh, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
The applicants must be Bahrainis and submit their official school transcripts, a reference letter from a secondary school teacher or principal, copies of passport and smart card and a recent passport picture.
The qualifying students will then undergo tests to assess their English proficiency and reasoning abilities.
A minimum of 60 students, 40 from government schools and 20 from private schools, will then be selected.
Following several workshops and training courses the final ten scholarship recipients will be announced in March next year. - TradeArabia News Service
