As many as 80 Qatari youth have completed the Reach Out to Asia (Rota) Leadership Training course, under the Youth Service Club programme.

The four-day leadership training event for 16 to 26-year olds provided new and existing Rota Youth Service Club members with an intensive programme designed to develop leadership skills, teamwork, project management and advocacy skills, said a Rota statement.

It tackled topics such as how to manage successful projects from the planning phase, implementation and guidance to the accomplishment phase, how to face challenges and obstacles that might hinder the project, and how to benefit from the experiences of successful entrepreneurs, it added. - TradeArabia News Service
