“Our engagement in career fairs stands in line with our determination to have access to and recruit this talent. We employed our first female staff in 2001 as we believe in empowering women to contribute to the Kingdom’s economic development,” Nazer noted.
Bupa Arabia, he said, has been taking part at various job fairs throughout the Kingdom to attract and recruit the country’s best human capital.
In 2010 Bupa Arabia’s booths at the Saudi Labor Market Exhibition and at the 5th annual College of Business Administration Career Fair on the female and male campus were magnets to hundreds of interested and talented Saudis, he added.
