Leading firms will showcase informative tools and key learning solutions at Education Technology and Services Show (Edutech) to be held in Oman from April 20 to 22.

The event is being organized under the GHEDEX banner at the Oman International Exhibition Centre.

The show will serve as a launch pad for new products and programs of various schools, institutes and universities, showcasing classroom technology support, university management systems, e-leaning and student management systems, said OITE, the event organisers.

GHEDEX is a UFI-approved higher education exhibition in Oman that provides students, young professionals and academic organisations with greater, higher education options.

The show will also see display of educational material supplies, course websites, multi-media production and infrastructure under one roof, OITE said.

At Edutech, technology services suppliers will also have the opportunity to exchange know-how on innovative education technology with decision makers in the knowledge-transfer business.

Edutech exhibitors profile will include content providers such as course material and hardware, e-learning and distance learning specialists, m-learning and blended-learning providers; technology service providers and education suppliers, manufacturers of smart classroom technology, infrastructure and media companies, laboratory equipment and accessories, computer and multi-media gadgets and advanced education supplies.

Edutech is set to host technology and service providers and education suppliers and knowledge providers from Oman, the GCC region and beyond.-TradeArabia News Service
