Dubai, December 4, 2007
CariZMa has partnered with The Call Center School (TCCS), a leading US-based company dedicated to the professional development of individuals in the call centre industry.
CariZMa is a leading Dubai-based business consulting and training solutions company focusing on ‘customer experience management’.
The partnership will manifest itself next week when both companies host the first joint training sessions in Dubai that will cover workforce management, performance measurement, quality assurance, strategic planning, organisational design, project management, business process improvement, performance review, and coaching, said an official spokesman.
“Customer experience is today the prime element that can either elevate a company’s reputation and sales or negatively affect its market performance,” said co-founder and senior partner of TCCS Pam Trickey.
“In the Middle East, which is still termed as an emerging market, getting the right skills to manage the customer experience proactively is key. In order to succeed in such a competitive environment, companies have to stand out and ‘talk’ better to their customers,” he added.
As a founding partner of TCCS, Trickey delivers worldwide training programmes, provides instructional and course development expertise, performs call centre audits and training needs analysis. She is also responsible for TCCS’ business development efforts both in the US and abroad.
TCCS is dedicated to the professional development of individuals in the call centre industry. It offers a comprehensive curriculum of training programmes to fit the needs of all personnel in the call centre industry, including frontline staff, supervisors and team leaders, managers and directors, workforce planners, quality specialists and industry vendors.
“We are delighted with this partnership with TCCS, as aligning ourselves with an organization whose dedication to quality is consistent with our own vision,” said managing partner, CariZMa, Khalil Jaouni.
CariZMa was launched in Dubai in 2003 and works with a number of leading organisations in the Middle East region such as the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), MTC (Zain), Al Rajhi Bank and Riyad Bank. – TradeArabia News Service
