CariZMa teams up with TCCS

CariZMa has partnered with The Call Center School (TCCS), a leading US-based company dedicated to the professional development of individuals in the call centre industry.

CariZMa is a leading Dubai-based business consulting and training solutions company focusing on ‘customer experience management’.

The partnership will manifest itself next week when both companies host the first joint training sessions in Dubai that will cover workforce management, performance measurement, quality assurance, strategic planning, organisational design, project management, business process improvement, performance review, and coaching, said an official spokesman.

“Customer experience is today the prime element that can either elevate a company’s reputation and sales or negatively affect its market performance,” said co-founder and senior partner of TCCS Pam Trickey.
