The Kanoo Group, a Gulf-based multinational group of companies, is organising a lecture in Dubai today (March 28) to expand women’s participation towards a knowledge-based economy.

The lecture to be held at 6:30 pm at Dubai School of Government’s Convention Tower, and will be delivered by Dr Georgeta Vidican, assistant professor, engineering systems and management programme - Masdar Institute of Science and Technology and Noor Ghazal Aswad, research assistant, Masdar Institute of Science and Technology.

Mishal Kanoo, deputy chairman of The Kanoo Group, said: “Our company recognizes the vital importance of women’s economic empowerment as a way to reflect towards the future.”
