RMJM secures Azizi Venice design consultancy contract

UAE-based Azizi Developments said it has signed up globally renowned architectural and design firm, RMJM, to provide design consultancy services for its mixed-use community - Azizi Venice - located in the Dubai South, set entirely on a swimmable crystal blue body of water that is one of the largest lagoons of its kind in the world.
Founded in 1956 in the UK, RMJM (Robert Matthew Johnson-Marshall) is a globally recognised architecture and design firm, with a presence in over 15 countries.
RMJM is known for its innovative, sustainable designs that blend modernist principles with local cultural contexts. The firm's diverse portfolio includes iconic projects like the Scottish Parliament Building, Capital Gate in Abu Dhabi, and the Dubai International Financial Centre. RMJM’s commitment to sustainability and technological integration has solidified its reputation as a leader in creating functional, aesthetically compelling spaces worldwide.
On the contract award, Tizian H. G. Raab, the Head of PR & Communications at Azizi, said: "We are thrilled to be partnering with the distinguished RMJM for the design consultancy of our Azizi Venice project."

Azizi Venice is distinguished by its enormous crystal-blue water lagoon, with multiple beaches, which surrounds all of its condominium buildings, villas and mansions, as well as extensive leisure, retail, and commercial space. On completion, it will boast over 36,000 residential units across more than 100 apartment complexes and over 109 ultra-luxury mansions.
For the project, Azizi is taking on the role of master developer, in charge of constructing the buildings, roads, and all the infrastructure.-TradeArabia News Service
