SHARJAH, October 2, 2018
Al Thuriah Group, one of the leading real estate developers in the UAE, said several new construction projects across the UAE and specifically Sharjah will be announced over the next two days at the Cityscape Global 2018 expo in Dubai.
Over the past 20 years, the group has built trust-based relationships with its customers through personalised customer service.
Al Thuriah Group has succeeded in developing a workflow that relies on property development, construction, leasing, and management through major restructuring of its operations which enabled the group to grab more opportunities in the real estate sector in the UAE.
The Emirati group’s presence in Cityscape Global plays an important role in reflecting its position in the market and gives it the opportunity to showcase its current projects to the right audience, said its top official.
"Cityscape Global is a very important event that happens every year and attracts a large group of professionals from the real estate industry, including developers ,agents and architects," remarked its CEO Raymond Khouzami.
"It also provides an opportunity to connect with experts in this field and discuss the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry, which gives us a better understanding of the dynamic market of the UAE and the region," he stated.
Khouzami said Al Thuriah Group was always keen to participate in real estate conferences and exhibitions across the country that bring together a variety of contributors from real estate development companies, agents, real estate brokers, banks, financial and government institutions that are directly involved in the real estate sector.
"These seminars facilitate the communication process between different audiences and makes it a forum that benefits everyone," he added.
Al Thuriah Group will be broadening its presence this year at Cityscape Global by expanding its stand space and inserting modern interactive technologies to showcase its developments more accurately and help visitors and potential buyers get a closer look and more detailed look on their projects.
The group has split its operations into four separate units: “Al Thuriah Properties”, “Al Thuriah Construction”, “Al Thuriah Leasing” and “ Al Thuriah Facilities Management".
Although these units work in a homogeneous and independent manner, they benefit from their work as an integrated group and form the great strengths that they have gained throughout their work in the UAE, which ultimately serves the interest of the customer, said the Sharjah-based company.
COO Georges Khouzami said the Al Thuriah Group would carefully unveil selected development projects in strategic locations, especially in Sharjah.
"We are committed to delivering the projects on time. Moreover, we are looking to launch more projects to meet the market demands with different sizes of residential and commercial units," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
