Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, will start the delivery of seven of its key projects beginning from the fourth quarter.

The new projects to be added to Azizi’s steadily growing portfolio are Shaista Azizi, Samia Azizi, Azizi Star, Farishta Azizi and Azizi Plaza in Al Furjan; Azizi Mina on The Palm Jumeirah; and Azizi Aliyah Residence in Dubai Healthcare City, said a statement from the company.

The projects comprise a total of 2,268 units spread over a sprawling construction area of 283,608 sq m, it stated.

Once the handover begins, Azizi’s total number of completed projects in Al Furjan will rise to 17, two in Palm Jumeirah, and one in Dubai Healthcare City, it added.

Azizi Aliyah Residence in Dubai Healthcare City will offer a total of 346 residences and is located near major attractions in Dubai, including Dubai Creek Harbour, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Festival City and Zabeel Park.

Residents of Azizi Aliyah Residence will enjoy panoramic views of the city, leisure activities, family amenities and the finest healthcare facilities.

Azizi Mina features 174 residential apartments and four luxurious penthouses. With its well-crafted design and prime waterfront location on the ‘crescent’ of the luxurious Palm Jumeirah, one of UAE’s most sought-after destinations, Azizi Mina will offer a stunning waterfront view, community amenities and beach access.

Al Furjan, where five residential projects are due to complete, remains one of Dubai’s fastest growing residential neighbourhoods, with easy access to Ibn Battuta Mall, Jebel Ali Free Zone, and the Expo 2020 site.

The upcoming Route 2020 metro line will connect Al Furjan to locations such as Discovery Gardens and The Gardens, and will also eventually service the Expo 2020 site and the Al Maktoum International Airport. Additionally, Al Furjan is also witnessing a rise in the number of amenities and new infrastructure including the Nakheel Pavilion as well as various parks and schools, said the developer in its statement.
