Lootah Real Estate Development, one of the region’s prominent modern real estate developers, has announced the launch of new value-added facilities and services at the Ewan Residences community, the company’s pioneering mixed-use gated community that was launched in 2006.

Located on a two million sq ft area in the Dubai Investments Park, Ewan Residences has just added three two-storey buildings featuring 52 new units with a contemporary design and premium quality to the development.

Residents will be able to manage their property remotely through their “eService” accounts and take care of all their requirements including maintenance, lease contract related services and any community specific necessities, it stated.

Lootah Real Estate Development’s new eService is now available on the company’s website for any of the LRED communities’ tenants across Dubai.

The new community related updates were shared during the company’s annual meeting with Ewan Residences leaseholders and residents.
