Lootah delivers 100-unit Dubai housing property

UAE-based Lootah Real Estate Development, one of the most modern real estate developers in the region, has announced the on-time completion and handover of its residential property located in International City Phase 3.
The real-estate developer held a ribbon cutting ceremony at the “Lootah Residence II” to celebrate another milestone and formally commemorated the new residential building.
The event was attend by Lootah Real Estate Development’s top management officials, the architects and consultants behind this project, in addition to various stakeholders.
Lootah Residence II was acquired by the developer last year in line with its strategic objectives of expanding the company’s growing leasing residential portfolio.
Lootah Real-Estate Development completed the remaining 40 per cent of construction work on the B+G+7 residential building including the enhancement of façade and other facilities before handing it over for leasing as scheduled.
The residential property features 100 apartments comprising 38 studios, 48 one bedroom apartments and 14 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to a state of the art gymnasium and covered parking spaces.
It will offer future residents and investors a cosmopolitan community experience, a wide range of sports facilities, lush communal green spaces and efficient community infrastructure.
Saleh Abdullah Lootah, the executive director, expressed delight at the timely completion of Lootah Residences II in International City Phase2.
