Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has awarded a contract worth Dh952 million ($259 million) to Prestige Constructions for the deelopment of the third phase of its waterfront development Azizi Riviera, in Dubai. The work will set to start on April 1.  

Inspired by the French Riviera, the project is collectively made up of 69 mid-rise residential buildings comprising studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, a mega integrated retail district and a four and a five-star hotel.

Azizi Riviera boasts residential units on the banks of the Dubai Canal or facing the boulevard, offering residents a taste of contemporary living as well as plenty of retail and entertainment options.

Its location in the heart of Dubai provides easy access to the city’s top landmarks, including Dubai Mall and Downtown Dubai, said the developer.

As per the deal, Prestige Constructions will build 13 mid–rise buildings with mixed heights of eight or ten floors, which face the Dubai Canal and the boulevard. The construction work is set to be completed in the third quarter of 2019.
