Azizi delivers two big residential projects in Dubai
DUBAI, March 26, 2018
Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has announced that it has completed two key projects within Al Furjan community and handed them over to its customers.
The Dh350-million ($95.2 million) Roy Mediterranean by Azizi, the 11th project to be completed and handed over in Al Furjan was ready within a record time of 18 months, while the Dh300-million ($81.6 million) Montrell by Azizi took 17 months for completion.
With several major projects coming up within the community, Al Furjan is rapidly becoming a sought-after location in Dubai with many restaurants, entertainment options and 5-star hotels in the vicinity.
A 10-minute drive away from Ibn Battuta Mall and adjacent to Discovery Gardens, Jebel Ali Village, and The Gardens, Al Furjan is at the heart of a vibrant community. The new metro line named Route 2020 will connect Al Furjan to locations such as Dubai Investment Park, Discovery Gardens, and The Gardens, and will also eventually service the Expo 2020 site and the Al Maktoum International Airport, said the developer.
In line with the developer’s ambition to deliver projects ahead of schedule, Azizi has completed more than 2,000 units at Al Furjan since 2016.
Group Chairman Mirwais Azizi said: “The successful completion of these two projects is a testimony of our commitment to delivering best-in-class residential properties. We believe that investors and buyers of Montrell by Azizi and Roy Mediterranean by Azizi will benefit from prime, high-demand locations like Al Furjan and an alpha return on investment leading up to and during the Expo 2020 Dubai.”
Comprising 224 studios and 47 one-bedroom apartments, the Roy Mediterranean by Azizi occupies 285,387 sq ft and will offer 10,500 sq ft of retail space, while Montrell by Azizi provides 168 studios and 54 one-bedroom units apart from 7,500 sq ft of retail space, and spans a total construction area of 246,243 sq ft.
Azizi pointed out that the quality and timely completion of projects remained the top priority for the group and it was making strong progress across the live developments.
Since the start of the year, Azizi has demonstrated a faster pace of developing projects across the city, it stated.
Work on both the Dh350 million Aliyah Residences by Azizi in Dubai Healthcare City and the Dh780 million Mina by Azizi project on the Palm Jumeirah is progressing ahead of schedule and is set to be delivered in the second and third quarter this year.-TradeArabia News Service
