Oman-based S&T Investment Holding has unveiled a new seafront development, offering over 25,000 sq m of leasing space for commercial, business, retail and F&B (food and beverages) outlets.

The mixed-use development,  Water-Front, located in the heart of the diplomatic district of Muscat, brings together five storeys of quality work, leisure and entertainment facilities to Oman in a stunning landscape, said the developer.
