Valtrans to open new workers' accommodation in Dubai

DUBAI, November 20, 2017

Valtrans Transportation Systems and Services is set to open a five-star accommodation for its employees at Dubai Investment Park.

The five-storey building, which boasts 168 rooms besides other key facilities including a grand lobby, recreation hall and a hitech cafeteria, can accommodate 627 employees.

Valtrans said the new workers facility, “Our Home”, comes as part of its commitment to bringing happiness and positivity at work.

Imad Alameddine, the group's general manager, said: "Our employees left their homes in their countries for a rewarding job here in the UAE. As the employer, we know that we need to take care of them by providing a safe and happy home because they are our family now."

"We want them to live in a functional space that has a higher level of warmth and comfort of their own homes. Providing a sense of belonging and also appreciating them as the main reason for the success brought to Valtrans," he added.

Mansoor Al Habtoor, the managing director, said: "With this new facility, we are also building a stronger community spirit among our staff for a happier society."

Valtrans, he stated, has been meeting the need for innovative and efficient transportation services solutions since 2003.

The company provides bespoke valet parking services, smart car park solutions, chartered coach services, limousine and chauffeur services as well as traffic management to over 200 locations in the region.-TradeArabia News Service
