UAE-based wasl Asset Management Group has released the third tower of Park Gate Residences within its  flagship wasl1 project for sale onto Dubai's freehold property market.

One of the largest real estate management and development companies in Dubai, wasl Asset Management Group said Park Gate Residences encompasses four luxury residential towers on a shared podium that will provide 746 modern apartments to the market.

With more than 25,000 sq m of retail space, the development offers residents a wide range of leisure and entertainment options, it added.

The Dubai developer said the move for the sale of the third tower comprising 207 units, which include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, comes following the successful sell-out of the first two towers within a month.

The three towers are part of Park Gate Residences which is being developed within Phase One of the wasl1 project, the company's iconic parkside freehold master-development in the heart of Dubai.

Strategically located overlooking Zabeel Park and near the Dubai Metro, wasl1 is also the first freehold project to be developed in the Zabeel area.
