DUBAI, September 24, 2017
Four co-located events - FM Expo, The Big 5 Outdoor Design & Build Show, Windows, Doors & Facades, and Gulf Glass - will kick off tomorrow (September 25) at the Dubai World Trade Centre, hosting over 400 local and international exhibitors.
Organised by dmg events Middle East, Asia & Africa, the trade fairs are expected to draw over 10,000 industry professionals from the facilities management, architecture, landscaping, design, and glass industries, looking to network, do business and source products for their projects in the GCC region.
Beyond showcasing thousands of innovative solutions from global manufacturers and service providers, the four events will offer over 100 free to attend and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) certified educational sessions, including two high-profile conferences: the Facilities Management Congress Middle East, and the Middle East Facades Summit, said the organisers.
FM Expo is the region’s largest event dedicated to the facilities management industry, attracting the most influential and active decision makers in the growing FM sector.
Hosting the Facilities Management Congress Middle East and the certified workshop, the exhibition will also present the first “Imdaad Work Series”, and dedicated feature areas, including the Legionella Hub, and the IoT Village.
The Big 5 Outdoor Design & Build Show is the region’s only specialised trade event for the landscaping, infrastructure and urban development industry, said the organisers.
Visitors will be able to source solutions for private and public outdoor spaces, including playground equipment, city furniture, grates, shades, sports pitches, irrigation, and grass cutting services. The show will offer 11 CPD-certified workshops delivered by industry experts, sharing cutting-edge insights on design, technology and sustainability in landscaping in urban design, they stated.
Windows, Doors & Facades Event is the region’s largest dedicated platform for global consultants, manufacturers and distributors of window, door and facade products to network and conduct business in one place, at one time.
Hosting over 150 exhibitors, the event will feature a series of visionary keynotes, exploring innovative technology and disruptive thinking revolutionizing next generation facades, at the Middle East Facades Summit on September 25, said the organisers.
On the second and third day of the show (September 26-27), 16 free-to-attend CPD-certified workshops will focus on the industry’s most compelling topics, including Fire and Safety code of practice for Facades, they added.
Taking place every two years, Gulf Glass is the largest flat & container glass event in the region and an unmissable one stop shop for all things glass. The platform hosts over 140 local and international suppliers of finished products, glass production technology and machinery, glass processing & finishing solutions, measurement, testing & control technology, tools, replacements and spare parts, as well as auxiliary equipment and fitting.
"The four co-located events offer a tremendous variety of expertise under one roof, enabling professionals from different sectors to come together, do business, network, and learn, all for free," remarked Nathan Waugh, the portfolio director at dmg events.
"With one single badge, visitors will be able to access all four shows, meet with over 400 exhibitors, and gain CPD-points at the many workshops being delivered by regional industry thought-leaders," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
