DUBAI, September 6, 2017

Bloom Properties, a specialist in the development of integrated and sustainable communities, will be showcasing its diverse portfolio of residential developments taking shape in some of the most accessible locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, at the upcoming Cityscape Global expo.

One of the largest and most influential real estate events held globally, Cityscape Global 2017 will take place from September 11-13, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, drawing the participation of investors, real estate developers, architects, designers and senior executives from all over the world.

During the event, Bloom will be putting spotlight on its key projects including Bloom Heights and Bloom Towers in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Stella Maris Tower in Dubai Marina as well as Park View and Soho Square mixed-use developments on Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi.

Ideally located in the popular master community of JVC, Bloom Heights will offer a total of 686 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The development benefits from easy access to all major roads and will consist of two high-rise towers.

Bloom Towers, the Abu Dhabi-based master developer’s second project in JVC, will feature three towers with a total of 944 units. The two towers allocated for sale will comprise 689 contemporary studios and one-bedroom apartments with a timeless elegant design.

Bloom Holding CEO Sameh Muhtadi said: "Cityscape Global provides us with an ideal annual platform to showcase our unique residential/mixed-use developments and generate significant investor interest from across the region."

Situated at the southern end of Dubai Marina, the G+52-storey Stella Maris Tower will comprise 313 luxury residential units ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom duplexes, townhouses and penthouses, said the statement from Bloom.

The landmark project will reflect the architectural vision of Dubai Marina and offer scenic views of the harbor and the upcoming Dubai Eye project.

Located in the University neighborhood of Saadiyat  in Abu Dhabi, Park View will comprise a residential and a hotel apartment building, featuring design and architectural elements integral to urban upscale living.

The residential building will feature a total of 207 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, whereas the hospitality component will include 217 furnished and serviced hotel apartments comprising studios as well as one- and two-bedroom executive apartments.

Soho Square, another Bloom Properties project in Saadiyat  will feature 302 upscale residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, townhouses and a penthouse. Both Park View and Soho Square are steps away from the New York University Abu Dhabi campus and major upcoming tourist attractions.

"Ranging from upscale luxury real estate to elegantly designed mid-market residential properties, our projects offer a wide selection of lifestyle options for residents," noted Muhtadi.

"In addition to answering enquiries from visitors and prospective buyers, we look forward to meeting our investors and providing them with updates on the ongoing construction activities across our projects," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
