Jannah Hotels & Resorts, a leading operator and developer of luxury hotels in the UAE, has announced plans to build a 57-storey luxury mixed-use development on Al Khan Lagoon in Sharjah, which, upon completion in 2020, will become the emirate's tallest building.

The upcoming project, Jannah Al Khan Hotel & Spa boasts world-class facilities, including a high-end shopping mall, office space, hotel apartments besides other key amenities such as children’s playground and parks, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness club, business lounges and conference rooms. A key highlight will be the setting up of its own helipad.

It is the group's first property in the UAE, said a statement from the luxury hotel developer. 

It will also house the largest royal suite in Sharjah complete with a private pool, a sweeping terrace with a private dining area, a contemporary kitchen, and large living areas.

The Jannah Al Khan Hotel & Spa had recently made its debut at the Arabian Travel Market 2017 in Dubai.
