Schon Properties, one of the top private real estate developers in the UAE, has appointed Stewart Davis as the new customer relationship director in line with its strategy to strengthen its investor relations at par with the best practices.

The move comes at a time when Schon has speeded up the deliveries of its properties to focus on new developments and driving the overall business growth, said a statement from the company.

Davis, brings with him over 20 years of industry experience. He is a member of several professional organisations and has been in the top management of the blue-chip companies.

In his most recent assignment, he led a business with annual turnover of Dh90 million to Dh495 million ($24.5 million to $134.7 million), under his leadership. 

Noorul Asif, the chief operating officer, Schon Properties, said: "With the delivery of a number of projects, Schon’s focus now is to strengthen the relationship with the existing and new customers, which will facilitate investors throughout the project lifecycle. I am sure that Stewart will propel the company to the next level of customer relationship with a sizeable contribution to the business."

Customer relationship, he stated, was the cornerstone of any business.

"Therefore, Schon is committed to make a mark in it. The appointment is a key factor in customer retention and growth. Our customer relationship goal is to convert potential clients into investors; potential purchasing business or assets into the acquisition, and assisting in distress sales and contact books," noted Asif.

Davis is equipped with strong credentials in SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis and auditing, M&As (mergers and acquisitions), team creation and motivation, provision of competitor reports and industry training.

He will now develop a customer experience strategy to enhance customer happiness, in line with the UAE’s drive to promote happiness and satisfaction across all the spheres of business, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
