Sany machines deployed at Qatar stadium sites
DOHA, March 8, 2017
Sany Group, a leading global heavy machinery manufacturer, said it had shipped its 30th 66-m concrete pump unit to Qatar for deployment at 2022 World Cup stadium work sites as well as Doha metro project.
The machine is especially designed and manufactured for the Middle East region to cater to its hot and dry environment.
The machine was purchased by Al Maysan, a subsidiary company of Jaidah Group, and the primary dealer of Sany in Qatar.
The 66-m concrete pump unit was shipped to Qatar's Hamad Port from Hunan province in China, said a statement from Sany group.
The machine is equipped with a Benz chassis and boasts output power ranging from 120 cu m per hour to 170 cu m per hour. The six-sectioned boom features higher pump efficiency with anti-vibration boom technology to ensure stability, it added.
"Sany has created a deep and impressive impression in the Qatar market by exporting 14 placing booms, 17 trailer pumps, two batching plants and 23 truck mixers along with the 30th concrete pump unit," stated Ayman Ahmed, the general manager of Al Maysan.
"Sany products have been used and tested in the Middle East's toughest terrains," he remarked.
With a well-equipped repair workshop and more than sufficient spare parts, Al Maysan is capable of providing comprehensive services in Qatar, said the official.
"We can also offer financing solutions and other beneficiary schemes to customers in order to overcome any potential difficulties associated with cash flow," he added.
Ahmed said Sany concrete machines in Qatar had witnessed a gradual increase in market share, punctuated by last year's growth of 38 per cent which is due to the lower lead time of Sany products, high quality parts, round-the-clock service and an elite maintenance team, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
