Palma completes key Palm Jumeirah project work

UAE-based Palma Holding said it has completed the vital construction phases at its exclusive Serenia Residences development, a Dh1.5-billion ($408 million) project featuring contemporary architecture and layouts on a unique beachfront plot on the crescent of The Palm Jumeirah next to the Anantara the Palm Dubai Resort.
Palma Holding operates across three main divisions - real estate development, sales and leasing and property management, said a statement from the company.
The company said it has completed 100 per cent of structural works on all three buildings, including a show apartment on Level 2, East Wing, while the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work was in full swing, reaching up to Level 4 across all towers.
Kareem Derbas, the chief executive and founder of Palma Holding, said: "The excellent progress already made on this project sees us right on track to provide first-class beachfront living to aspiring homeowners around the world."
"The company is applying its many years of expertise in Dubai’s luxury property market towards building a premium development of the highest standards in an efficient and timely manner," he stated.
With significant headway already made, work has commence on the ceiling and glass and aluminium works which are on track for completion.
According to Derbas, Palma have opened a fully-furnished show apartment for interested investors, which will reveal luxurious three-bedroom apartments that span an are of approximately 5,000 sq ft, with exquisite interiors and finishes.
"Large ceiling-to-floor glass expanses feature within the living rooms, with retractable sliding doors bringing the outdoors into the homes. A number of bespoke finishes of the highest standards will include beautifully reconstituted stone for all floorings and for the kitchen countertops, Hansgrohe bathrooms, large walk-in closets, automatic cupboard lighting rods and a touch sink tap," he explained.
"This is all capped off with bespoke landscaping design, which will span approximately 100,000 sq ft of expansive open space and pool areas," he added.
Designed by famous architect Hazel Wong,Serenia Residences is exclusively residential, and features contemporary architecture and layouts unique to the Palm Jumeirah, said the statement from Palma.
It features beachfront living at its finest and promises an unrivalled lifestyle, inviting residents into a world of architectural excellence, contemporary interiors, with an array of outdoor facilities and bespoke services, it stated.
The development’s prime location and its wealth of high-level amenities will create the most exclusive beachfront residence in the city, said Derbas.
The project comprises 250 units, and encompasses apartments that range from one to four bedrooms and penthouse suites, with a handover expected by the end of 2017, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
