Albilad to showcase Water Garden City at Bahrain expo
MANAMA, October 29, 2016
Albilad Real Estate, a leading property developer in the region, is set to showcase its multi-million dollar Bahraini development 'Water Garden City' at the upcoming Bipex property show in the kingdom.
The integrated lifestyle community, being developed in Seef District, is predominately residential with a range of services that include leisure facilities, retail, restaurants, hotels and offices, said a statement from the developer.
Al Bilad Real Estate, an expert in management and concept evaluation, planning and development, design, construction and operation maintenance of real estate properties in Bahrain, will be Platinum sponsor at this year’s edition of Bipex.
The property show will be held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Abdulla Al Khalifa from November 3 to 5.
The three separate precincts of Water Garden City offer residents and visitors different lifestyles and are identified by themed signage, landscaping, building materials and styles.
Each of the precincts is further divided creating a total of nine neighbourhoods, each with their own distinct appeal and key community features, it stated.
Albilad as the master developer for Water Garden City promises to deliver a well-planned, sustainable, exciting and vibrant activity ‘Urban Lifestyle Hub’ where local residents, tourists and visitors can live, work, play, relax with friends and socialise as a family in a safe and truly modern city space.
No other development offers the combination of location, real estate assets and amenities that have been designed and tailored for the end-users comfort and enjoyment in both the living spaces and external outside spaces, said the developer.
Mohammed Khalil Alsayed, the chairman of Bipex 2016 board of directors, said: "It’s a pleasure to have Al Bilad Real Estate join us in this new edition of Bipex. We would like to thank them for being sponsors and showing their support for this platform. Our goal is to promote our developers’ real estate portfolios during the expo, and Water Garden City will be a valuable addition to the diverse pool of projects."
The event is being organised by Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE), a premier body representing engineering professionals in the kingdom.-TradeArabia News Service
