UAE-based Tamleek Real Estate Company said it has won a top award from Forbes Middle East
for being the Arab World’s No 1 investment advisory and brokerage company.
The awards were presented at a recent gala event that brought together the real estate sector’s biggest developers, companies and International property consultants.
On the win, CEO Dr Brian Etemad, said: "Receiving the highest recognition in the industry is a reflection of our commitment to provide tailor-made quality services to our valued clients and assist them in achieving greater levels of success."
"We are delighted to be recognised as the No 1 entity in our field, especially as we were benchmarked against established agencies and peers in the real estate sector," he observed.
“We dedicate this award to our clients and our team as we believe each member of the Tamleek Real Estate family adds value when servicing our clients according to our organisation’s quality standards,” he stated.
According to him, the team at Tamleek excels in marketing Dubai as one of the top global cities with high infrastructure investment, excellent connectivity and profitable prospects in the real estate market.
A luxury property brokerage and investment advisory firm, Tamleek said the award from Forbes Middle East offers an incentive to continue the journey of excellence in optimising its current portfolio of projects.
Tamleek will be marketing commercial, residential and hospitality projects at Cityscape with their clients, highlighting the UAE as the best place to invest in for a place to live and to enjoy a good quality of life.
The company is the exclusive entity selling the Residential Collection of the unique Al Habtoor City Development and was recently appointed by the Kempinski group to exclusively sell its Business Bay building.
It has also been signed up by Manazil Global Property Development as the exclusive sales representative in the UAE for its Adagio Hotel Apartments in Dubai Jumeirah Village Triangle.
"The real estate market in the UAE continued to be robust and particularly positive amongst its hospitality clients as we see Dubai International Airport maintaining its position as the world's busiest airport for international passenger traffic, up 12 per cent year-on-year," stated Dr Etemad.
The UAE leads globally for government prioritisation of the travel and tourism industry and Tamleek projects the company’s hospitality client portfolio to increase substantially in the fourth quarter of 2016 and the first quarter of 2017.-TradeArabia News Service
