Sanipex Group, a leading supplier of bathroom materials, tiles and plumbing products in the Middle East region, has joined hands with Marriott Hotel Group to deliver a new generation of luxury products for the guests at the chain's five-star hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Due to open its doors in 2017, the property located in Abu Dhabi, will be the first of the 'Edition' brand to open in the Middle East, aiming to set new benchmarks in the boutique lifestyle hotel category.

Created through a groundbreaking partnership between boutique hotel impresario Ian Schrager and  Marriott International, the Edition brand is fast becoming the industry’s first truly global luxury lifestyle hotel brand.

It combines the personal, intimate, individualised and unique hotel experience that Schrager is known for, with the global reach, operational expertise and scale of Marriott International.

Sanipex said it was helping the global hospitality powerhouse deliver a new generation of luxury to its guests such as a custom-made bathtub from its luxury brand 'Bagnodesign' which has been specified for the bathrooms at the five-star Edition hotel.

Each of the 200 guest bathrooms in Edition Abu Dhabi will feature a freestanding bath from Bagnodesign, custom-crafted from Bagnotec Stone, a blend of stone, marble and polymer resin solutions, said the company in its statement.
 
Hard-wearing, durable and simple to clean, the material is also smooth to the touch, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience that will leave hotel guests feeling relaxed and revived, it stated.  

With a generous capacity, the double-ended bath features soft, rounded curves and an overall elegant design, making it a centrepiece of each of the hotel’s bathrooms, the statement added.
