Albilad unveils new water garden city in Bahrain

MANAMA, April 28, 2016

Albilad Real Estate Investment is showcasing Water Garden City, a mixed-use development along the northern coastline of Manama in Bahrain, at the Gulf Property Show.

Founded in Bahrain in 2006, Albilad is owned by local and regional investors.
Water Garden City will be the best place to live and work in Bahrain as it occupies the best location in the kingdom, said a company spokesman on the sidelines of Gulf Property Show.

Manama’s social centre – Seef District – sits at the south edge of the development, the region’s transport hub – Bahrain International Airport – is just a short ten-minute drive away, and the important market of Saudi Arabia is just an hour away across the impressive King Fahad Causeway.

With the ever-expanding financial district directly adjacent, Water Garden City is ideally located at the heart of the kingdom, and of the Gulf itself, he said.

Water Garden City comprises a marina, beach, gardens, marina promenade with waterfront fine dining restaurants, together with luxury duplexes, apartments, four hotels, and some offices, he stated.

The three separate precincts of Water Garden City offer residents different lifestyles and are identified by themed signage, landscaping, building materials and styles.

These distinct but linked precincts are a dynamic blend of residential, commercial, retail and leisure activities, said the spokesman.

Each of the precincts is further divided into three, creating a total of nine neighbourhoods, each with their own distinct appeal and key features, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
