ABU DHABI, April 13, 2016

Bloom Properties, the real estate arm of the Abu Dhabi-based National Holding, has unveiled the fourth phase of its residential community project, Bloom Gardens, at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi.

An exclusive residential community, Bloom Gardens is nestled in the heart of the capital minutes away from the natural sanctuary of the Corniche Al Qurm and Khalifa Park.

The latests phase, Faya will boast a total of 132 townhomes made up of 28 four-unit clusters and four five-unit clusters. Three previous phases of the project, containing a total of 325 villas, have already been launched, it added.

In addition to its prestigious location, the project will feature modern and contemporary architecture with an efficient and intelligent design that maximises the value of living space, said the Abu Dhabi developer.

It will offer the same upscale amenities as Bloom Gardens Phase One, Two and Three, including round-the-clock security, ample parking space, as well as walking, running and kids play areas. Bloom Gardens will include a polyclinic, nursery and community center.

Bloom said it aims to target UAE nationals looking to bulk buy - at least three units. For such investors,
the company has designed a special payment plan.

Under this scheme, they will have to make about 60 per cent of the payment during the construction phase and the remaining on project completion, which is due by the end of next year, it added.

On the launch, Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: "It demonstrates our commitment to meeting the growing demand for quality, uniquely designed residential communities with high-end finishes and world-class amenities. Faya will be developed to the highest standards in design, architecture and construction, while providing attractive long-term investment returns for UAE national investors."

Set to open in the summer of 2016, the community centre will include a male and female sauna and steam rooms, a multi-functional hall for hosting various events and a community mosque with the capacity to hold 200 worshippers.

Bloom recently began the construction of Phase Three of the overall approved Bloom Gardens community masterplan that involves the development of 147 housing units.

In parallel, the company has also started the leasing of 49 well-appointed two- and three-bedroom Bloom Residences and 7,000 sq m of premium office space within Bloom Central, a 25-storey mixed-use project strategically located in the heart of Abu Dhabi city.-TradeArabia News Service
