Chinese group wins Dubai residential project work

DUBAI, February 1, 2016

UAE developer Union Properties has signed up China State Construction Engineering Corporation  (CSCEC) for one of its key residential building projects in Dubai.

The contract for the OIA Residential Building Project is worth $64 million, said the Chinese group in a statement.

The scope of work includes the construction of 269 apartments with 6 floors on the ground and 1 floor underground, as well as parking lot, swimming pool, gym center, squash court and other public facilities.

Located in the core area of Dubai Motor City, and adjacent to Gem Metropole School, the project has a total building area of 75,000 sq m, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
