Al Forsan Real Estate, a leading UAE-based developer, has welcomed the first group of tenants to its
health focused mixed-use development ‘Al Forsan Village’ in the capital Abu Dhabi.

Located in the heart of Khalifa City, the project has 385 villas that are for lease as well as sale, said the developer in a statement.

The project also encompasses 440 units of one- to four-bedroom apartments spread across 241,985 sq m. The community will also benefit from a range of traditional and modern sports which are offered at Al Forsan International Sports Resort, located a few minutes away from this project, it stated.

The community's distinctive lifestyle will be complemented by 15,000 sq m of retail space, known as ‘The Town Square’ and will also be home to a state-of-the-art five-star hotel, it added.

The UAE developer said the sale price of a four-bedroom villa at Al Forsan Village starts from Dh4 million ($1.08 million), while a six-bedroom unit has been priced at Dh12 million ($3.2 million) onwards.

Al Forsan Village is Abu Dhabi's first active and health focused mixed-use development. The rent for these villas start from Dh210000 ($57,160), it added.

Speaking at the event, Rashed Al Qubaisi, the general manager of Al Forsan International Sports Resort, said: "We are delighted to hand over the first set of villas in Al Forsan Village and welcome the families to experience the true community living experience. The project is an elegant upscale community set within an urban landscape, envisioned to offer distinctive lifestyle to its residents."

Al Forsan Village has seen growing interest from various local and international investors from across the globe, as the community offers world class amenities within an elite residential enclave.

The project boasts a 1.7-km-long jogging track, three adult swimming pools and an additional three swimming pools for children among several other amenities.

The area has landscaped green spaces with playgrounds and water features apart from access to ‘Al Forsan Town Square’ at Al Forsan Village.
