Diyar Al Muharraq unveils new seafront residential project

Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in Bahrain announced the launch of Al Bareh, a spectacular seafront development project that will substantially add to its vast and eclectic offerings.

A unique masterplanned city for the people of Bahrain, Diyar Al Muharraq offers a cohesive mix of residential and commercial properties with a strong line-up of projects aimed at creating a long-term and sophisticated township.

The residential plots are envisioned to encompass a high-end community suitable for those who desire to live in independent homes that are in close proximity to the seafront, said the statement from Diyar Al Muharraq.

These plots in Al Bareh are being offered for sale on a free-hold basis to both Bahrainis and expatriates, it added.

The Bahraini developer said its newly-opened sales office is receiving a substantial number of visitors enquiring about the sizes and the cost of these residential plots.

The best part is that all of these plots are within walking distance to waterfront parks as well, appropriately positioned in the heart of Al Bareh with sizes ranging from 350 to 850 sq m," explained Dr Al Shaer.

"The actual sale of residential seafront plots will start on December 12; in the meantime, we shall continue to receive interested parties at our sales office in Diyar Al Muharraq until tomorrow (December 10) to answer their enquiries and provide them with more information," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
