DUBAI, November 29, 2015
Luxury developer Damac Properties said its 94-level tower ‘Damac Heights’ in Dubai Marina area has been topped out. On completion next year, it will be the seventh tallest residential tower in the UAE.
The façade work at the $653 million project has already reached level 69 and the block work is at level 76, with a significant acceleration in the construction in recent months, said a statement from the UAE developer.
The units on the top 40 storeys of the hitech project present an innovative collaboration between Damac and the Italian luxury fashion brand, Fendi.
As per the deal, the project will deliver an entire Italian lifestyle to discerning residents through a high-end building with bespoke Fendi Casa interior design.
Once ready, Damac Heights will be the seventh highest residential tower in the UAE standing tall at a height of 335 metres, according to the International Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
Niall McLoughlin, senior VP, said: "We are delighted with the progress of the construction work at Damac Heights, which will be one of the most luxurious projects in the area when we hand it over at the end of next year."
"Damac Heights is the perfect destination to enjoy luxury living in Dubai, where combines trendy designs and the ideal location to give residents an exceptional experience at one of the leading destinations overlooking the waterfront in the emirate," he noted.
“Occupying top 40 storeys of 94-level tower, each of the luxury apartments at ‘Damac Residenze’ is fitted out with the latest furnishings from the Fendi Casa collection to provide the most stylish living experience,” he added.
McLoughlin said the Damac Heights would be a shining jewel on the beachfront real estate strip on Al Sufouh Road, Dubai Marina.
The tower will comprise four-, three-, two- and one-bedroom apartments, as well as luxurious duplexes and penthouses.
The complex will incorporate five-star amenities including a temperature-controlled swimming pool, gymnasium, nursery, sauna, steam room, and spa facilities.
