Oman forum to highlight $140bn projects

MUSCAT, August 5, 2015

Oman Projects Forum, among the largest gatherings of decision makers from across the sultanate's infrastructure and energy sectors, is expected to break record attendance when it convenes in October.

The event, from October 26-28, will offer critical insight into Oman's $140.6-billion projects pipeline, said a statement.

It will be held under the patronage of Dr Ali Massoud Ali Sunaidi, Minister of Commerce and Industry.

The forum will showcase upcoming opportunities for businesses and will help facilitate networking prospects with key government and private company stakeholders, it added.

The event’s list speakers of include – Dr Ali Sunaidi; Issa Al Ismaili, executive director, Oman World Tourism; Ali bin Nasser Al  Rasbi, acting chief executive officer/chief operations officer, Omran; Paul Gregorowitsch, chief executive officer, Oman Air; Raphael Parambi, chief executive officer, SME Development fund; Abdullah Al Jufaili, general manager, Fund for Development of Youth Projects (Sharakah). – TradeArabia News Service
