Palma Development, a subsidiary of Palma Holding and Banian FZCO, a real estate investment company, has launched Serenia Residences, a high-end project on Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah Crescent.

Palma Development is the sole residential-only community to take up space on the archipelago’s exclusive Palm Jumeirah, a statement said.

The project, from one of the region’s most renowned property developers, was officially inaugurated at a press conference at Waldorf Astoria, Dubai Palm Jumeirah today (May 3).

Designed by Hazel Wong, the famous architect behind the landmark Emirates Towers, Serenia Residences is a Dh1.5 billion ($408 million) project introduced to offer the best in resort-style beachfront living. Featuring contemporary architecture and layouts unique to the Palm Jumeirah, the 85,000-sq-ft development comprises 250 units, with one to four-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 904 sq ft to 4,144 sq ft, as well as penthouse suites, the largest of which covers 12,648 sq. ft. The official sale of the units will commence on May 5, with prices starting at Dh2 million and reaching Dh36 million for the development’s Presidential Penthouse.

Central to Serenia Residences’ theme of ‘tranquil luxury living’ is its bespoke concierge services and amenities. The up-scale community project features an outdoor infinity pool, lap pool, children’s pool and play area, state-of-the-art gymnasium and tennis courts. Barbeque areas with seating and fire pits situated on the beach provide the perfect al fresco dining experience.

In total, 70 per cent of the development’s plot has been dedicated to landscaping and amenities, ensuring wide open spaces for uncluttered relaxation.
