Azizi to showcase UAE projects at Kazakh expo

DUBAI, March 18, 2015

UAE-based Azizi Developments will be showcasing the UAE’s booming real estate sector and the company’s diverse portfolio of current and upcoming luxury projects at the Expo Real Estate – Astana in Kazakhstan.

The three-day event kicked off today (18 March) at the Korme Exhibition Centre in Astana.

Azizi's participation at the exhibition comes in response to the growing interest from Kazakhstani investors in the real estate developments in Dubai.

The company will be also announcing the opening of its newest office in Business Centre Nurly-Tau at Almaty, which is considered one of the largest cities in Kazakhstan.

Azizi said it will be throwing the spotlight on its one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments with high-end European designs and a luxurious finishing.

The developer also aims to engage with the local market and interact with potential investors and buyers from Kazakhstan, it added.

In tandem with its move to set up an office in the largest city in the country, Azizi Developments aims to strengthen its foothold in the nation as well as highlight its current prime projects, said its chief executive Ali Omar.

"As the premiere real estate exhibition in Kazakhstan, this event garners a tremendous following from the top local and international construction companies, real estate agencies and financial companies," he stated.

"With the dynamic exchange of news and industry trends throughout the event, we are excited to introduce to the local market our competitive projects and the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to tap into Dubai’s booming property market. Besides exhibiting our own projects, we will also highlight the many opportunities and strengths of Dubai and the UAE’s flourishing property industry," he added.

Azizi has implemented five large-scale residential projects in Al Furjan in 2014. During the same year, its investments in the Dubai real estate market reached Dh4.5 billion ($1.22 billion), said the company in its statement.

Its portfolio includes iconic projects adjacent to some of the emirate’s most famous tourist attractions such as Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence/Walk, both popular with tourists from Kazakhstan, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
