A real estate expert called for a database to list every kind of information on properties in Bahrain to safeguard the rights of buyers, sellers and brokers.

Premium eBusiness Solutions managing director Sadaqat Sattar has proposed a real estate multiple listing service to centralise the process and deal with the problems facing the real estate sector, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

He pointed out that the new process will provide accurate information to all parties involved in the sector, apart from enabling consumers to take well-informed decisions.
