Saudi Arabia-based King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), one of the largest economic projects in the Middle East, is set to hand over all the residential units in its Marina Tower 2 luxury apartment building at the Bay La Sun district, one of the most prestigious communities on the coast of the Red Sea.

KAEC said the official handover to owners is expected to start next month.

Commenting on the move, Fahd Al-Rasheed, the managing director and CEO, said: "Residential properties in King Abdullah Economic City are selling out as we accelerate the developments of our mega projects.
