Al Hassan achieves new safety milestone

Leading Omani contractor Al Hassan Engineering Company (AHEC) has achieved a major milestone clocking 2 million lost time injury (LTI)-free man-hours at the OOCEP Gas &Condensate Export Pipelines Project in the Sultanate.
To mark the feat, OOCEP and AHEC team organised a safety ceremony at project site camp that was graced by senior officials of OOCEP.
AHEC had been awarded the project in September 2012 for the engineering support, construction, installation, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning assistance of two export pipelines of 85 km each from Abu Tubul field
OOCEP project manager Charlie Fanshawe lauded the AHEC team for its committed efforts towards this fabulous achievement. "We have more challenges ahead and he is confident that AHEC will deliver and complete the Project as Scheduled with High HSE and quality standards," he added.
