Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH), the fully integrated waterfront development, will once again be a sponsor for the upcoming Gulf Property Show 2014, a dedicated boutique showcase for real estate developers, investors and associated suppliers.

It will be the second successive year that BFH will be a Gold Sponsor at the show, running from May 6 to 8 at Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

The event has already carved a reputation as a highly targeted showcase for the real estate sector in the northern Gulf.

The $3 billion landmark BFH is in the midst of a significant new wave of development, with work underway on the $32 million Commercial West Car Park development, a 5,400 sq m facility which will provide 1,260 parking spaces for tenants and visitors and which will also include rooftop restaurants offering panoramic views of the capital.

A covered bridge will also be built to connect the car park with the West Tower and Harbour Mall in future.

Jubran Abdulrahman, managing director of show organisers Hilal Conferences & Exhibitions (HCE) said of the sponsorship agreement: “The strategic support of national real estate icons like BFH was integral to the success of the inaugural Gulf Property Show last year.”
