Majaal inks Espac building systems deal

Majaal Warehouse Company, a leading developer and operator of small and medium enterprises focused on industrial facilities in Bahrain, has signed a deal with Espca Building Materials Company for supply of its innovative building systems to the company.

Majaal announced its collaboration with Espac, a division of Realcorp at the recent Gulf Industry Fair 2014, where Majaal was principal strategic sponsor of the logistics and industrial facilities, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

Espac will supply three of Majaal's developments at Bahrain Investment Wharf with its innovative, environment-friendly building system, considered an efficient alternative to conventional building techniques, said the report.

The system is well suited to the climate of the Gulf region, providing both energy and time savings, making this building system a worthy investment.

"We are very pleased to appoint Espac, to provide us with its innovative building systems which we will utilise in three of our projects currently under development," revealed Majaal managing director Amin Al Arrayed.

"Espac's product is considered one of the most efficient, effective, light weight and environmentally-friendly available in the market. It guarantees prompt installation while providing robust thermal and acoustic insulation properties," explained Al Arrayed.

"Additionally, it is fire-resistant, durable and resistant to earthquakes and pests. We have high standards and Espac will help us deliver facilities that stand out as the highest quality product available in the market," he added.
