Bahrain-based M H Al Mahroos Company will be showcasing its construction and access machines that represent all ranges of equipment in these segments when it participates in The Big 5 2013 next week.

The company is a regional provider of technology-oriented products and services, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

During the trade event that will be held from November 25 to 28 at Dubai World Trade Centre, the company will be promoting access equipment from Genie, US, compact excavators from Yanmar, Japan, compaction machinery from Mikasa, Japan and concrete mixers and construction hoists from Imer.

At The Big 5, M H Al Mahroos Company will also be announcing the launch of its Dubai and Saudi Arabia facilities.

"We will be having all the facilities to meet the needs of our clients including machines, spare parts and workshops, backed by account managers," the company's GCC marketing manager Talal Al Mahroos said.

"These facilities will be replicated in the other GCC countries in the new year," he added.

The company has offices in Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam, employing more than 300 people in the GCC.

He said that with these facilities, key areas in the GCC will be covered and client requirements fulfilled.

Customers today are even more discerning in terms of using quality products that entail low running cost and less maintenance as a long-term investment, he added.

Al Mahroos will also be introducing its facilities in the Jebel Ali Free Zone that will serve as a re-export centre especially to the GCC, the wider Middle East and Africa regions.

Alongside these new facilities, the company intends to introduce a new online spare parts outlet for its customers.

"The website will be introduced and announced at The Big 5 and will be an added value to customers to be more transparent in prices. It will also ensure more accurate parts selection and faster delivery. Further information about the online shop will be announced soon," said Al Mahroos.

The company's top official believes it is important for Al Mahroos to be present in The Big 5 show as the company strengthens its presence in the GCC. - TradeArabia News Service
