Alargan Towell Investment Company, an Oman-based real estate developer, has launched a project to offer residential plots in AlAwqad, Salalah.  

The project, 'Naseem Salalah,' consists of 101 plots ranging from 600 sq m to 885 sq m in size. A plan has already been drawn up to create single and twin villas, said a statement.

The plots are located in Hay Al Shyoukh, a beach front neighbourhood and is located within a short distance from Salalah Airport and commercial establishments in downtown Salalah, it said.
