Capital House, a residential tower being developed by SinoGulf Real Estate Investments and EastGate Capital Group, was named ‘Best Architectural, Multiple Residences – Arabia’.

Maisam architects & engineers were the design consultants for architecture and engineering for Capital House, located in the Capital Centre district, adjacent to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (Adnec).

Its design was recognised amongst a strong field of competing project designs at the International Property Awards, the property industry’s most prestigious architectural design competition which was held recently at The Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
