Dubai, November 30, 2011

Tasweek Real Estate Marketing and Development, a leading property advisor and solutions provider, will market boutique villa hotels in Malaysia to Middle Eastern investors and high net worth individuals.

Under the terms of a memorandum of understanding signed between Tasweek and Malaysia’s Casabrina Vacation Villas, the former will introduce its clients to the project, solicit business opportunities, and provide development and financial support as part of its $250 million portfolio.

The Casabrina Vacation Villas comprises 11 exclusive 3- and 4-bedroom residences, each meticulously designed to blend with the natural surroundings of the foothills of Pahang, the largest state in West Malaysia.

The 6-star luxury resort complex is surrounded by virgin rainforest and offers some of Malaysia’s most exclusive homes, a statement said.

The villas are complemented by various amenities such as a golf course, spa, and wellness facilities and exciting activities such as a river cruise, nature trekking, night safari, lakeside fishing, paint ball war games and helicopter canopy rides over ancient rainforest and eco sites.

“Casabrina Vacation Villas was built with meticulous attention to its natural surroundings and a sharp focus on luxurious living,” said Masood Al Awar, CEO, Tasweek Real Estate Marketing and Development.

“Its residences offer excellent additions to the portfolios of eco-conscious and nature-loving Arab property investors. We are committing our resources, services and extensive network to provide Casabrina with the regional exposure it rightfully deserves,” he added.
