Sweet Homes Holdings (SHH), a leading UAE-based developer, has handed over its Dh507 million ($138 million) Falcon Towers project to the first batch of investors.

Located in the heart of Ajman, the eight-tower project consists of seven residential towers and one office tower.

Sweet Homes, which is in charge of the sales and marketing initiatives of the project, said that tenants have now started to move into their new homes.

The residential towers within the Falcon Towers project include a ground floor, four floors for parking and 20 residential floors. Each of the residential floors has four three-bedroom units, two two-bedroom units and one-bedroom units.

The office tower is a single block tower consisting of a ground floor, four parking floors and 23 typical floors for commercial use.

Falcon Towers is part of the Ajman Freehold Property portfolio and is the fifth project to be completed in the emirate by the developer. Construction for the project started in September 2006 and was offered to prospective buyers under the theme, ‘Live, Work and Play.’

“The handover of the Falcon Towers reflects the continued confidence in Ajman as a suitable place to live, work and play in,” he added.

Falcon Towers offers its residents high-end facilities like designated indoor parking; a temperature controlled swimming pool on the fifth floor podium of each tower; a health club; play and game area for children; high-speed elevators; shopping arcade within the complex; chilled water central air conditioning with fresh air system and 24 hour-manned security, a statement said.
