Saudi commission awards $45m contracts

The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu has signed two contracts worth SR168 million ($44.8 million) with Zahran Operation and Maintenance Company and Samama Company.

Under the terms of the contract, Zahran will provide operation and maintenance services as well as technical supervision and manpower to the 342-bed medical centre at the Royal Commission in Yanbu and primary healthcare centres in the Yanbu Industrial City, said a report in Arab News.

Samama, which won the second contract worth SR44 million will build girls’ schools in the industrial city, according to the report.
