CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), the world’s largest real estate services firm, has been appointed exclusive agent for the new Park Place commercial centre and car park, located in Bahrain’s Seef business district.

Offering five floors of commercial office space and over 160 car parking spaces spread across eight levels, Park Place is due to open at the end of the first quarter.
