Khidmah wins multiple Abu Dhabi contracts

Khidmah, Abu Dhabi’s first Emirati-owned and operated services management company, said it has won two contracts through tenders for the Municipality of Abu Dhabi.

As per the contract, Khidmah will provide cleaning and pest control services to both the Municipality’s head offices and seven centers affiliated to the Municipality throughout the city.

The Abu Dhabi Municipality contracts expand the impressive portfolio of properties managed by Khidmah, which also includes villas at Golf Gardens, Sas Al Nakhl Village, Khalidiya Village and commercial units in Khalidiya/Corniche Tower in Abu Dhabi, Al Oyoun Village in Al Ain, and the recent important addition of Lake Shore Tower in Dubai’s master development Jumeirah Lake Towers.

For most of these properties, Khidmah offers a comprehensive package of services, including facility management, cleaning services, pest control, general, preventive and emergency maintenance, the company said in a statement.

Beside this, it also provides leasing and resale services through the company’s leasing, resale and 24/7 multilingual call center teams and online platforms (UAE2Let.com and ReSale.ae.), it added.
