Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) said it will showcase its Dh1.55 billion ($422 million) Cedre Villas project at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2010, an international real estate investment and development event.

The event is scheduled to be held from  April 18 to 21 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (Adnec).

Located within the 7.2-sq km state-of-the-art integrated high-technology park, the 1,047-unit Cedre Villas development comprising luxury villas, executive villas, twin villas, and town houses is distinct for its three architectural models – modern, traditional, and Arabic.

“Every year, Cityscape Abu Dhabi brings together thousands of visitors, investors, developers and industry leaders. We are delighted to be part of this key industry event,” said Muammar Al Katheeri, SVP of Engineering Management at DSOA.

The Cedre Villas project is part of a comprehensive urban community at DSO that combines office towers, R&D and industrial zones, educational institutions, luxury apartments, villas, hotels, healthcare facilities and a wide range of lifestyle options to create a dynamic commercial and social environment.-TradeArabia News Service
