Salwan Property management, a subsidiary of Dubai Properties Group, said it has signed a partnership agreement with KM Properties, one of Dubai’s leading property developers.

As per the deal, KM Properties will assist and manage a vast inventory of properties available in the market today. The properties of Salwan Property Management are ready either for sale or for rental, said a senior official.

Salwan Property Management is a leading provider of innovative leasing and property management solutions and the introducers of the strata management system to the region.

The partnership agreement will allow KM Properties to sell and rent out properties belonging to Salwan Property management, explained Saeed Bushalat, chief executive officer, Salwan Property Management.
