Khidmah, the Abu Dhabi-based Emirati property management company, has launched a new real estate online sales service, dedicated to properties in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.

The site, www.Resale.ae, will act as a marketplace for properties in exceptional developments in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE, bringing together buyers and sellers online, with a well experienced sales support team on call to help the sales process. The website is connected to Khidmah’s call centre which currently manages 650 calls per week.

The site provides attractive details of properties on offer, including photos and floor plans.  Buyers can search on an interactive map or filter by criteria of the housing sought.

The site went live this week with residential properties but over time, it will expand to include commercial real estate too.

Khidmah, which has become one of the leading property management companies in Abu Dhabi since its launch earlier this year, also runs www.uae2let.com.
